MRX SaaS
There are 3 simple products.
MRX - this connects to an existing customer mail server and stores all mail for one year after creation.
MRX-Plus - this provides all the MRX features but adds a cloud-hosted mail server.
MRX-Archive - This allows mail to be archived indefinitely.
MRX is charged at £3.00 per user per month
MRX-Plus is an optional extra to MRX and charged at £2.00 per user per month
MRX-Archive is an optional extra to MRX and charged at 10 pence per GigaByte of storage per month.
MRX Server
MRX server runs on a single self-contained server system which is connected to the customer’s LAN via Ethernet. Optionally, customers can chose to distribute their mail database and archive across sites and/or servers.
The installation and administrator training is provided by JPY and typically takes a day.
Administrators need to know how to add companies and contacts to the Business Directory and how to authorise general users. Administrators must also learn how to generate and manage mail merges.
General user training is almost unnecessary. The MRX web front-end is so intuitive and easy-to-use, that within minutes, users will be using MRX as their main departmental mail browsing resource.

Basic MRX product including 10 general users: £ 4,950.00
Additional general users: £ 100.00 each
Additional administrative users : £ 500.00 each
Notes:
General users get read-only access to the MRX databases via the MRX Web front-end whereas Administrative users get read-write access to MRX databases via a dedicated client application. Read-write access is required to add companies and contacts or to build and manage mail merges.
The customer is required to supply hardware and operating system licences – a suitable server platform is an Apple Mac Mini running OS X.
All prices exclude VAT.
Included in the licence price is the creation of one html mail merge template to the customer's design. Examples are newsletters, press releases, headed notepaper, etc.
